Shipping policy
How Shipping Works
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once submitted. You will only be charged for items that are successfully shipped, along with applicable shipping fees and taxes.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days on average. During peak periods such as major holidays, or when items are in high demand, processing may take up to 10 business days. Orders are dispatched as soon as stock availability is confirmed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that we only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to our different warehouse locations. As a result, items may arrive at different times.
Deliveries
After shipment, delivery typically takes between 10 to 20 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, postal disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Duties, Taxes, and Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
We are unable to estimate or control these fees. If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for any incurred duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate at checkout. As orders are processed immediately, we are generally unable to make changes after an order has been placed.
